Place the pears on a greased pie dish.
Blend
together the lemon juice and the spices.
Sprinkle
the pears with the spice mix. Cover and set
aside.
In
a small bowl combine the ghee and sugar well,
and then spread the mixture over the pears.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
Discard
the whole spices and serve warm.
