will need:

cup peeled diced sweet papaya
1/2
cup peeled diced sweet pineapple

tbsps pineapple juice

tbsp lemon juice
1
tsp lemon zest

fresh mint leaves, shredded
Rock
or sea salt to taste
Fresh
ground black pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Blend
well with a fork. Cover and let flavors meld
for about 15-20 minutes. Serve as an accompaniment
to other foods.
