Wash the quinoa thoroughly by rinsing it several times. Drain.
Heat a pan and roast the quinoa dry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add water, stir and bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat and cook at a gentle simmer for about 15 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan until clear and gently stir-fry the paneer cubes and raisins in the ghee for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in the salt into the quinoa.
Fold in the paneer and raisins gently.
Enjoy warm.
