Ayurvedic Recipes: Walnut-Avocado-Mango Salad
Ripe mangoes are a delicious addition to Vata and Pitta diets.
You will need:
Combine the mango, walnuts and avocado in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the walnut oil, crushed pineapple with juice, lemon juice, basil, ginger, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and blend gently.
(Serves 1)
